		"We found Mike listed on this site when looking for a reliable builder on the island, and found his communication and service excellent in comparison to other builders we were in contact with when collecting quotes at that stage. He was second to none and obviously got the job! He refurbished our little cottage including new kitchen, bathroom, decoration, re-building a fireplace and laying a laminate floor to name just a few of his jobs, as we added more as the job continued which never fazed Mike. He was fantastic in offering suggestions in tackling jobs, often highlighting areas we hadn't considered. He co-ordinated other workmen on site and project managed the whole job due to us not being on the island for most of the time, which meant we relied quite heavily on Mike in the organising of the various stages of the job, often speaking on the telephone daily! Mike often went the extra mile and we are extremely happy with his professional and happy manner, excellent workmanship and of course value for money. We will not hesitate in using Mike again. 		"Mike renovated our house in York Avenue with Mike from MCS renovations. Nothing phased them, whether it was fitting a kitchen, bathroom suite, plastering from top to bottom or major building works to replace a 12 foot lintel all work was done professionally and more importantly with careful attention to detail. They also offered good suggestions to improve the renovation so well worth listening to their advice.
